THE POLITICS OF FEAR:
My last Editorial concerning the THREAT of Islam to our lifestyle, FREEDOMS and National Safety, elicited no shortage of COMMENTS and private Emails. But, the most stunning focus of many of the communications I received including the ones that were posted in the COMMENTS Section of my BLOG, were concerns for my safety.
IMAGINE THAT?
It is beyond belief, that in our societies, that so many people’s GUT reaction to this Editorial included FEAR amongst the readers . . . that I will somehow be in danger physically and financially, because I wrote NOT just an OPINION, but the ABSOLUTE TRUTH about the history of Islam, and its consequences that are not only well documented by NON Islamists, but are part of Islam’s own published words and deeds in THEIR Koran.
My GREATEST HORROR is NOT about possible RETRIBUTION from the Islamists and LEFTIST Apologists for the Islamists’ extraordinary BAD behavior – carried out and made public in my Editorial, in the name of ISLAM, MOHAMED and ALLAH . . . IT IS ALL ABOUT how fearful we have become of stating the TRUTH.
REGULATING FREE SPEECH IS THE TOOL OF THE TYRANT:
I’ve been reading and covering the debate amongst the FCC (equivalent to Canada’s CRTC) to “regulate” YOUTUBE and BLOGS like this one. It appears that half of the SIX-Member FCC Board . . . want to regulate online political speech.
I BET IT COMES AS NO SURPRISE to the FOLK who read this BLOG, that the THREE FCC Members who want to regulate FREE SPEECH online are LEFTIST Democrats. While, the THREE Members who will NEVER agree to regulating FREE SPEECH online, are Conservative Republicans. NO SHOCK THERE.
TYRANTS GO TO WAR AGAINST FREEDOM IN TWO DISTINCTIVE WAYS:
1 – First . . . Tyrants REGULATE communication. In Nazi Germany for example, it was ILLEGAL to have a NON-REGISTERED Printing Press of any kind.
2 – Tyrannical governments remove all abilities for FREE PEOPLE to defend themselves from government by BEARING ARMS. We can look again to the NAZIS who made it ILLEGAL . . . SPECIFICALLY for Jews to own and Bear Arms in a law passed on November 11, 1938.
The FACT that so many of the readers of Galganov.com are worried about my safety because of my expression of FREE SPEECH, and that half (LEFTISTS) of the FCC want to REGULATE what I can say, where I can say it, how I can say it, and when I can say it, coupled with an almost MESSIANIC anti-GUN campaign by the LEFT . . . IS INDEED THE FOUNDATION OF TYRANNY.
LET’S MAKE THIS CLEAR:
There is no shame whatsoever in being concerned and fearful. FEAR is what keeps us focused on our game. BUT IT’S HOW WE DEAL WITH OUR FEARS that must be paramount to our lives.
Many of us cower. Some of us speak in whispers. And many will attack the people who stand up where they won’t. But, COURAGE . . . in my mind is measured by what we do when we are MOST frightened, which DEFINES every one of us.
I’ve had my life threatened by people who would have actually done real harm to me and mine. I’ve been threatened with all manner of lawsuits. Anne (my wife) and I even had to live with ARMED Security on and off our property for a number of years, because of my position against ETHNOCENTRIC NATIONALISM against English speakers in the Province of Quebec. BUT I NEVER COWERED . . . and Anne never asked me to relent, even though she too was plenty scared.
It’s OK to be SCARED . . . but it’s MORE important to be BRAVE, SINCE TYRANNY NEVER DEFEATS FREEDOM WHEN PATRIOTS NEVER SURRENDER.

To Stephen Dubin, Toronto, Your comment brings to mind “Educated beyond their intelligence”. The Bible states that He who digs a pit for someone else to fall into will himself fall into it.
