I am touched by the outpouring of support and concern that has flooded my inbox.
I never doubted whether my editorials were worth writing. But, I also never expected that so many people cared as much as they do, which makes the time and effort I put into writing editorials all that much more meaningful and worthwhile.
THANK YOU for your prayers. And thank you for your health suggestions to speed up my recovery. All of it has overwhelmed me.
There are so many emails in my INBOX . . . that it is impossible for me to reply to them all. But I want you to know that I have read ALL OF THEM.
Most of you have told me that you know that I will keep on writing as soon as I get myself somewhat straightened away. Some of you are concerned that I will stop writing, or write less.
HERE’S THE REALITY:
I have no intention of slowing down. Nor do I have any thought of taking a break or lessening my anti-LEFT vitriol.
After being on these Blood Pressure Pills (5mg of Ramipril once a day) for the last NINE days or so, I’m starting to feel better. My Blood Pressure is still far too high, so I’m not there yet, and probably won’t be where I need to be for another couple of weeks. But I am definitely heading in the right direction.
Remarkably, my ability to type is coming back, which to me is a joy in itself. And I’m somewhat better focused, so for all of you, who have expressed concern, please take this on notice: I have no intention of going anywhere anytime soon where I don’t want to be. And that means into retirement of any kind.
THERE HAS BEEN SOME WORRY ABOUT THE BOCA PLEDGE RIDE:
Don’t worry – Boca is going to happen with or without me. But I assure you, that unless I’m literally knocked off my feet . . . it will be happening with me.
Without the wind-chill today, the temperature on the farm this morning was MINUS 30 Degrees. We kept the horses in the barn, because with or without blankets, it’s just too cold to put them out. We won’t even take Stryker the Mighty German Shepherd out for more than a quick bathroom pit stop.
But as cold as it has been, it hasn’t stopped me from going into the unheated BIKE garage to look wistfully at my Motorcycle, imagining the sound of the engine and the world flying by in top gear, as I speed along the asphalt.
DOES THAT SOUND TO YOU LIKE SOMEONE WHOSE ABOUT TO PACK IT IN?
Because I’m still struggling somewhat, and probably will for a while, I will keep the editorials a bit shorter than usual, but no less focused.
SO HERE’S MY FIRST EDITORIAL ON THE ROAD BACK TO RECOVERY:
My Prime Minister – Conservative Stephen Harper . . . has done Canada PROUD by visiting Israel this past week, to unequivocally stand with the Jewish State on matters of PRINCIPLE, DECENCY and HONOR.
He is perhaps the ONLY world leader who is not playing politics with the future of the Jewish State. And he is not using Israel as a foil with which to ingratiate himself, his Party and/or my country to the UN, the Arab/Moslem World, and other associated Jew-HATERS.
SO . . . HOW’S THE CANADIAN MEDIA REPORTING HARPER’S ISRAEL TRIP?
The mainstream LEFTIST Canadian media have pilloried Harper for what they say is nothing more than an outlandish effort by the Canadian Prime Minister to suck-up to the Jewish Canadian Vote.
There are several LESS outlandish articles and editorial cartoons, which aren’t quite as outwardly hateful and disrespectful, but are no less summarized with anti-Israel and anti-Harper caveats, which shout volumes of nothing good.
CANADA HAS A POPULATION OF ABOUT THIRTY-FIVE MILLION PEOPLE:
Of the 35 million Canadians, there are about THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THOUSAND Jews. So, when you add up all the Jews in comparison to all the non-Jews, we Jewish Canadians represent just ONE PERCENT of the total Canadian population.
So, what political advantage is the LEFTIST Canadian media suggesting Harper is looking for, by doing and saying the right things about Israel?
THE MEDIA RESPONSE TO HARPER’S TRIP IS NOTHING SHORT OF ANTI-SEMITISM, for which every FREEDOM loving person should be concerned. And if it’s this bad in Canada, I would be shocked if it wasn’t as bad or worse in the USA as well.
There are far too many outrages for me or anyone else to stand down from, no matter what the circumstances happen to be. So, whether I feel good or not, you will be reading my thoughts . . . and from time to time hearing my voice regardless.

Howard, you just hit about 15 bulls-eyes in one column. That’s impressive, even for you! Practically a mirror image of the narrative the MSM tries to force the sheeple to believe day after day.
Unless we can get this Marxist out of the White House (and the fellow travelers), the USA will be a total disaster. And even if we do succeed with that, we have a debt that is impossible to repay. Think 1929 on a global basis.
You made a good move, well-timed.
